Is there an admission fee?
There is no admission fee!
Do we need to make a booking?
No booking needed.
How much do the games cost?
Games range between 15-25 for most.
If we win plushies can we return them on another day?
If you would like to trade plushies for tickets it must be done on the day it was won.
Does each person need their own card or can we share?
You can share cards for the best experience we suggest getting a card per person.
Can we bring food and drinks into the arcade?
Outside drinks and food are not allowed into the arcade. We do have food and drinks available in our Catering area.
Do you get physical tickets?
All tickets and credits are digital. Tickets will be loaded on the card automatically.
Are you able to split credit packages between cards?
We are unable to split credits between cards. Each card mut have a set amount put onto it.
If we win a plushie from a machine can we exchange it for a different plushie in a different machine?
No. Plushies are able to be exchanged if there is any damage to the plush, but the plush will exchange from the same kind of plush.
Can we get a plush from the machine for 200 tickets?
No. Plush can be traded in for 200 tickets but they can not be bought with tickets.
Do credits and tickets expire?
No the tickets and credits will never expire.
Does the credits work for everything?
Yes the credits work for all of the machines. Vr, Photo Booth, claw machines and arcade games.
Can we save our tickets for another visit?
Yes! Tickets will never expire and can be built upon to get a larger prize.
Do you have a bowling alley?
No, we do not have a bowling alley. We do have a bowling arcade game.
Are you open during the holidays?
Yes we are open most of the holidays.
Can you combine cards together?
Yes we can combine tickets and credit from two cards together.
